Black from the tires has bled into the axles, and the front tires are rough and turning white. The blue soldiers appear to be lower quality than usual. Purchased from Bellefonte (PA) with Holgate #669 "'155 M. M.' Tank", blue star variation, with box, which also shows quality issues (primarily a large knot in the wood). Are these possibly second quality (factory seconds)?
