| Description | 4-inch engraver's ball, marked "The ACME", "APR-9-1912". Lower half marked "AD.MUEHLMATT", "MAKER", "CINCINNATI,O" and "110" on top. With felt base. Adolph Muehlmatt emigrated from Switzerland in 1891, and began producing tools in Cincinnati the following year. His company was acquired by the Hamilton Tool Co. after his death in 1937.
