| Description | Wooden display and dispensing cabinet for selling lead shot. Glass windows display the different sizes of shot, with cast iron gates below, and filling holes above. Old damage to front left corner of the top. There are two lower drawers with porcelain knobs. One steel screw missing on top. Not marked, but it’s Duscomb Patent (1879), made in Wisconsin. Found with Antique .22 caliber ammunition box and Percussion cap tin with caps. Because all three small stickers which appear to be collection asset tags, with different dates, I believe this was an assembled grouping. |
