| Description | A uniform of blue cotton with white facings and strips. Silver-colored "SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS" Virginia buttons, three-piece, marked "HORSTMANN PHILADA.", with two dots on the last, very small, "A", followed by a large dot surrounded by three smaller dots on all but the top left corner. Coat is unlined, and constructed with hooks/eyes and small snaps. There 34 buttons, none functional. The upper eye is missing at the collar. The trousers are simple, with no detail other than the white stripe. There is some elastic at the rear waist. |
