| Description | A child's triple-breasted jacket of thin black wool, lined in dark polished cotton. Twelve domed brass buttons on the front, with a spot for the thirteenth at the bottom. All but the lower two corners are small General Staff buttons. The other two are lily buttons of the Uniformed Ranks, Knights of Pythias (URKP). Sleeves have two URKP buttons (one missing on left sleeve) and crude lace of heavy gold cord. The tunic has short tails, with lace of thinner gold cord, with two URKP buttons on each side. There is a short standup collar, with what appear to be gold bullion Second Lieutenant bars, mounted on red backing, sewn horizontally. There are two black silk/satin belt loops at the bottom edge. There is a gold bullion tassle attached to each of the top corner buttons on the front. It is lined throughout with black (dark green?) polished cotton. There are no markings.
