Stabbed binding strong. Scaleboard mostly intact (missing lower corner on back). Blue paper worn at edges. Leather spine cracked.

Title page is an exact match for "The New-England Primer - Issued Prior to 1830" #129, other than the lack of a date (#129 is dated 1792, where this copy only has a blank space). This copy uses the long-S throughout, while later Loring editions continued to use the long-S in the text, but replaced it on the title page.
