| Description | English pocket watch movement signed "Fromanteel & Clarke", with calendar and silver champleve dial. Crested tulip pillars. Cock foot is about a degree less than 180 degrees. Dial is three-piece, with a pierced (cast?) center with a sheet-brass backing (with a stippled/chased finish), and a silver ring that appears to be cast or cast/etched, with engraved detail. "Kanche" and some other words are lightly scratched on the back. |
