|Name||Holgate #1052 "Color Cone", late, with box||
|Description||Previous versions of the Color Cone used a repeating color scheme, where red-orange-yellow-green-blue-purple repeats twice. In this version, the color order reverses at purple. The center post is also different in that it is slotted and friction-fit into the two end pieces, instead of being threaded and screwed. The large red base-ring has "holgate" embossed and printed in white (hlt4a).
The box is in poor condition. It is printed in red on white. The bottom is separated.
Need to check the 1957 catalog. This version of top cap is seen in the 1958 and 1959 catalogs, but not the 1953. In 1959, it's known as H1052.
