New-England Primer with interesting spelling.

No boards. Insect damage to last two pages. Laid paper. Appears to have been resewn at least once, and corners possibly rounded. In three sections, with no page numbers or signatures.

Heartman 174 is Sterry's later 1799 edition.

At least two other publishers used the "Primmer" spelling around the same time (one in NYC and one in Springfield (MA?)).
