Thin red card cover, matching title page. Saddle stitch binding, with two rusty staples. Additional rust stains (from staples on a neighboring book?) on front cover.
Signature of "J Mott" (?) at top of cover, over a rubber stamp, possibly "1st Lieut. Sla[???]".
This was reprinted as "Document 801" by the War Department in the United States in May of 1918. This is the original. Both are rare.
